General rental rules
What is the process of hiring equipment step by step?
Simply: choose and book the equipment on the website yourself or describe your event to us (number of people, place, nature of the event), and we offer the right solution. We then confirm the availability of the equipment at the selected date, set the details and finalize the booking. You can pick up the equipment personally from the warehouse or order us to transport and assemble.
Can I only rent equipment for one day?
Our standard rental period is a weekend or week package. We rent equipment from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. On the other hand, some products do not have online booking options and these are the ones that are rented in the day-to-day settlement.
Are you getting bail for Rental?
Yeah, we're getting bail for the rental equipment. Information about the required bail is always provided at the quote and on the product page. The bail is settled when the equipment is returned, unless there is damage.
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
Yes, by default the price includes personal reception from our warehouse in Krakow (ul. Elbow 57) after prior appointment of the deadline or online booking. During the reception we show basic equipment handling, help in the selection of cables and way of connection and help in loading.
Transport and assembly
Do you offer to bring equipment to the scene?
Yeah. We offer equipment delivery in Krakow and surrounding areas. The cost of transport depends on the location, quantity of equipment and hours of delivery. For larger events, we can prepare a valuation covering transport, assembly, maintenance and dismantling.
Can I order installation and configuration of equipment?
Yeah. We can not only deliver the equipment, but set it up, connect it, configure it and give you a ready-to-use system. We also provide technical support on request during the entire event.
Can I rent equipment without transport and installation?
Of course. If you prefer to pick up the equipment and install it yourself, we will prepare it for release in our warehouse. Let us know – we will be happy to advise you how best to connect everything.
Payments and settlements
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment online or with a card, cash and a click on delivery. We collect a refund on payment on the spot in cash.
When I have to pay for Rental?
We require payment before the equipment is released. The exact rules for ordering us to realize the event are determined individually – depending, among others, on the value of the order and the type of event.
Are you issuing a rental invoice?
Yeah. We issue VAT invoices for both companies and institutions. If you need a name invoice or a company, please inform us when placing an order.
Availability, damage and liability
How long before I book the equipment?
The sooner, the better – especially during the wedding and event season (May–September) and around Christmas and New Year's Eve. We usually recommend booking in advance from 1 to 4 weeks.
What if the equipment is damaged during the rental?
If the equipment is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Each situation is analysed individually. Depending on the type of damage, it may be necessary to cover the costs of repair or replacement of equipment. The liability information is also included in the lease agreement.
Do you have replacement equipment in case of failure?
If available, we can offer replacement equipment. We always have backup system components to minimize the risk of interruption.
Are you helping to select equipment for a particular event?
Yeah. Based on information about the type of event, number of people, place (room, outdoors) and budget we choose the right equipment. You can give us a brief description of the event, and we will propose a solution.
Offer and type of equipment
Do you rent projectors and projection screens?
Yeah. We have multimedia projectors for presentations, trainings and shows, as well as projection screens of different sizes. On request we can choose the right set for a specific room and number of people.
Do you offer complete maintenance of the event?
Yeah. We can deal with sound, lighting and technical support of the whole event – from assembly and testing to implementation and dismantling. We support corporate events, weddings, galas, conferences and concerts.
