I. General provisions
1. These Regulations specify how the Website operates under the name Blue Light located at https://rentalianswiatla.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as "Service") and the terms of use of the services offered by the Service. The Terms and Conditions specify the rights and obligations of the Service Users, as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Management and Service Provider.
2. The owner of the Service is BLUE LIGHT Jakub Handy, Settlement 2 of the Air Regiment 46 locations 71, 31-870 Kraków, Regon: 528550170 and/or NIP: 6751798415, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
3. The user of the service, also called the "Service Recipient", is obliged to read the content of these Terms and Conditions. Any activities intended to use the services offered by the Service may be undertaken only after prior consent has been given to the procedure in accordance with the Rules of Procedure and acceptance of its provisions.
4. In order to use the Service, it is necessary to have a connection to the Internet, an active e-mail address and a web browser that supports cookies, updated to the latest available version.
5. Personal data shall be administered on the basis of the provisions of the law in force and of the a) Newsletter: by means of the electronic transmission of commercial and promotional information to the User. You enter the service after meeting two conditions: 1) Enter an e-mail address in the appropriate field of the registration form and 2) consent to receive messages by selecting the field "Notify me about news" in the "My Data" tab on the Website. You may cancel the service at any time. b) Account: consisting of electronically provided maintenance of User's account on the Service. The user creates an account by entering the contact details (available after pressing the "Register") or after logging in via Facebook. This service is provided from the moment you receive an electronic message confirming your registration. You can delete your account at any time. (c) Blue Light: brokering of rental agreements between users. 3. The termination of the contract for the provision of the service by electronic means takes place as soon as: (a) the Client has placed the Account at his disposal, by e-mail to the e-mail address Service Provider or in writing to the address of the Service Provider – applies to the account servicing service, b) to leave the Newsletter database by clicking the link attached in the e-mail message sent as part of the service or through deposits

6. The contract for the provision of the service by electronic means shall be concluded when one of the following events occurs: (a) the User's establishment of the Account and the first login to the Account, using the User's login and password. For this purpose, the User is obliged to provide actual data – concerning the account service and Blue Light, b) registration in the newsletter database by providing contact details in the registration form and giving consent to the processing of personal data – concerns the Newsletter service.
7. The services described in points 2(a) to (b) shall be free of charge.
9. 1. Complaints concerning the services referred to in point II. of the Rules of Procedure, You may submit by e-mail to: [email protected] and via traditional mail to the address of the Service Provider. 2. The content of complaints concerning non-execution or incorrect performance of the Service should include: a. contact details of the Client, b. precise description of the deficiencies in the Service, c. the date of occurrence and duration of the identified irregularities. 3. The Service Provider will inform the Service Provider by e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided by the Service Provider. V. Dispute resolution 1. In case of disputes, the Service Provider suggests using amicable methods of resolving them. In the event of a dispute with the Consumer User, the Service Provider proposes to use the Mediation at the Provincial Inspectorate of the Commercial Inspection, competent for the Consumer Office or to use arbitration at the Permanent Consumer Court, competent for the Consumer Office. 2. The court competent to resolve any disputes with the Entrepreneur is the general court competent for the Service Provider's headquarters.
II. Use of rental services
1. Technical condition of equipment
The Service Provider transmits to the Service Provider equipment technically efficient.
The Service Provider reserves the right to control the condition of the equipment at any time of the contract period, including at the time of transfer and return of the equipment.
2. Obligations of the Client
The customer undertakes to use the equipment in accordance with its intended use and operating instructions and assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the moment of its loan. The customer is responsible for all damages, damage, scratches, bruises and losses incurred during the rental.
3. Contractual charges
Fees for renting equipment The Service Provider shall bear, in accordance with the price list and shall be obliged to pay them on the date of renting the equipment, at the time of the transfer of the contract entities. If the equipment is held for longer than in the contract, the Client is obliged to pay a fee for each subsequent day, in accordance with the contract. In the case of scratches, reflections and other damage to equipment, the Service Provider is entitled to collect adequate high compensation for losses in the technical and visual condition of the equipment. In the event of damage, the Client is obliged to return to the Service Provider the full market value of the damaged equipment, given and accepted by the Service Provider.
4. Additional provisions
The provisions of the Civil Code shall apply to other non-regulated provisions of this Agreement and all disputes shall be settled by the District Court competent for the seat of the Service Provider.
III. Final provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of placing it on the website www.rentalianswiatla.pl 2. The Service reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes to the Rules of Procedure shall enter into force 14 days after notification by email of the Service User of new records. A user who does not agree to the amended provisions of the Terms and Conditions has the right to delete the account on the Website. Contracts concluded before the entry into force of amendments to the Rules of Procedure shall be implemented in accordance with its earlier wording. 3. The provisions of the Rules of Procedure shall not exclude any rights of the Consumers under their universally binding law. 4. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, and in particular the provisions of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964 No. 16, item 93, together with subsequent amendments), the Civil Procedure Code (Journal of Laws of 1964 No. 43, item 296, as amended), are applicable. Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2002 No 144, item 1204), Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827).
