INTRODUCTION
Privacy policy determines how personal data of users using electronically supplied services are collected and processed through the website www.rentalianswiatla.pl (hereinafter "Services") and what rights are conferred on users whose personal data are processed. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
All personal data shall be processed by the Administrator in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"). The administrator shall not, in a conscious manner, collect personal data from children under the age of 16 without the consent of their parent or guardian. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of users are processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:
providing the services used by the user (i.e. in order to perform the contract between the user and the Administrator) – refers to keeping the user's account on Rent and Lend and using the services provided by the service;
provision of services to which the user has agreed* – refers to newsletter shipping (hereinafter "Newsletter"). * The user's consent may be revoked at any time, which will be tantamount to stopping the provision of services provided on its basis.
CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
In the case of the provision of a user account service, the following categories of personal data shall be collected obligatoryly: (a) e-mail address, (b) name, (c) delivery address, (d) telephone number, (e) and in the case of traders or non-natural persons also the data necessary for the issue of an invoice, i.e. NIP number, company name and business address. Failure to provide the above data will prevent the provision of services to the user. Each User is also able to set up an account using the login mechanisms provided by Facebook. In this case, he makes available the following data: (a) first and last name, (b) email address, (c) Facebook profile photo. Failure to provide the above data will prevent the provision of services to the user. As part of providing the Newsletter service, the following data must be provided: (a) e-mail address; (b) name, (c) city of residence. Failure to provide the above data will prevent the provision of services for use are stored in the User's terminal device for a time specified in the parameters of cookies or until their removal by the User. Cookies technology is not used to obtain any personal data from visitors to the Service. The customer may at any time disable cookies in the settings of his web browser. However, this may cause irregularities in the operation of the Service.

SPECIAL STORAGE DATA
Personal data of users collected by the Administrator are stored in the EU, on secure servers of trusted partners. Data necessary for the implementation of the Newsletter service is provided to our partner in the USA, i.e. Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave, NE Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA), and in the case of logging through Facebook, they are also processed by Facebook (Facebook Ireland Ltd. 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) The administrator shall be responsible for the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised processing, loss, destruction or damage. The Administrator shall ensure that personal data are processed in a secure and consistent manner with this Privacy Policy.
SPECIAL STORAGE PERIOD
The personal data of users shall be processed as long as necessary to meet the objectives set out in this Policy. In certain exceptional cases longer retention periods may be required by law. If the processing of your personal data ceases to be necessary to provide the services indicated above, The administrator must remove or anonymise them. The administrator shall not be responsible for the use by other users or third parties of any personal data which has been made available to the public by the users themselves using the website www.pozyczaleniswiatla.pl.
CONFIDENTIAL PARTNERS
Personal data may be made available to Trusted Administrator Partners who help in providing services to users (e.g. sending the Newsletter). The administrator shall ensure that it always provides the partners with the minimum information necessary to achieve the objectives for which cooperation has been established. Trusted Partners may have potential or actual access to limited user data and process it on behalf of the Administrator. Personal data covered by the following Privacy Policy shall be made available to the following Trusted Partners, who may process them, on behalf of the Administrator, only for the purposes set out below: Partners responsible for hosting and newsletter; Partners providing the Administrator with tools for internal management and data sharing; Partners providing assistance in data analysis by providing analytical tools; Partners providing assistance in managing the Administrator's newsletter and electronic communication by providing appropriate tools; Partners supporting the Administrator's accounting and settlement.
RIGHT OF THE USER
In accordance with the applicable laws, persons whose data are processed are entitled to the following rights: the right to access the personal data of the user processed by the Administrator, the right to request the deletion of personal data The User from the Administrator's database, the right to request rectification/correction of the user's personal data in justified cases, the right to request restriction of the processing of the user's personal data, the right to transfer the user's personal data to another entity, the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
